Fitted with adjustable straps and with soft fabric on the reverse, the mask is designed with the utmost of your comfort in mind. Try applying throughout the day whenever you could do with a moment of peace, or at night time to benefit from the full spectrum of its soothing qualities. How To Use: Place product in a plastic bag and place in the freezer for at least two hours or chill in the refrigerator until desired temperature is achieved. Place eye mask over eyes ensuring the fabric side is against the skin. Adjust straps for a comfortable fit. Wear for up to 20 minutes at a time.
