As part of our ongoing growth and with the aim of improving our service, we are making an important change to the way our B2B e-shop operates.
From now on, when completing your order, you will be able to proceed directly to checkout so that the purchase is finalized immediately. You will be charged automatically only for the products that are available in stock. For items that are temporarily out of stock, you will receive a proforma invoice once we receive them, as has been the case until now.
Specifically:
Every fully paid order will be processed and shipped within 72 hours. During peak periods, delivery times may be affected and adjusted accordingly.
Available payment methods: Credit Card, Iris Payment, Viva, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bank Transfer, Cash on Delivery, and Payment at our premises (cash or POS).
If you choose “Bank Transfer” as your payment method and the deposit is not completed within 3 days, your order will be automatically canceled.
If you select payment and pickup from our premises in Thessaloniki, please wait for confirmation that your parcel is ready for collection.
This change is aimed at optimizing stock management, reducing service times, and further strengthening our collaboration.
